Turbotax may not be calculating DC Homeowner And Renter Tax Credit correctly

Turbotax gave me a credit for my property tax payment. My income this year is low, but I share the home with a high-income individual (not a spouse or registered domestic partner), and if I am reading the DC instructions correctly, our combined incomes should be used to calculate the property tax credit, since the credit is based on total household income. However, Turbotax does not provide the option to adjust household income. Adding her income manually on form H  didn't fix the problem. As a workaround, I deleted DC form H to avoid claiming a tax deduction I believe I am not entitled to.

Is Turbotax wrong or am I actually entitled to a refund on property taxes I paid?

Looking at page 48 of the DC Filing Instructions for Sch H, it does not use household. I have seen household and individual used in researching your question. The actual instructions look to favor you as the homeowner for your portion of your income level.
