Turbotax Live chat not working

I just paid to upgrade my account to turbotax live, after waiting a while I was connected to an agent but they're not responding to my chat. It's showing that the messages are going through (time stamp and check mark icon) but no one has responded in the last 15 minutes. How can I get this resolved so I can get help with my tax filing?

To get assistance with your return, you can select to connect with an agent by:

1. Selecting the floating Live help button
2. Selecting Connect with live help at the top of the chat window
3. Entering your tax question or tax topic area and select Continue
4. Selecting your preferred method for connecting with a tax expert
