Turbotax is telling me I can't file my taxes yet due to a new law that deals with disaster relief between 2018-2020, they say "we'll let you know when you can file"

No date was given when I can finally file, anyone else getting this notification?

The related form for this section (Form 8915-F) will not be available until February 2023 (see IRS forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products). You can sign up for notification here: Why can't I uncheck the disaster distribution box?

Do I need the 8915-F form if I received DEO payments during my Covid-19 furlough? For the 2020 tax year I received a 1099-G from the Florida DEO, and I also claimed it on my 2020 taxes...

No, unemployment payments do not trigger the disaster relief forms.
