Open TurboTax, select Finish & Pay.
Select Pay by check when asked how you want to pay your taxes.
Follow the instructions to file your return.
Go to the IRS Pay Your Taxes by Debit or Credit Card site, choose a payment processor, and pay your tax bill there.
