Look at your entries for the W-2. Is the amount shown in box 6 exactly 1.45% of the amount in box 5 for Medicare taxes?
Additionally, is your 2023 AGI on Form 1040 Line 11 -
Married Filing Jointly $250,000 or more
Married Filing Separately $125,000 or more
Single or Head of Household $200,000 or more
If you are married filing jointly, make sure that each W-2 entered is tagged as belonging to the correct spouse.
Yes, both my wife and my tax return amounts are 1.45% of our Medicare wages.
I find it strange to have a 200k limit for single, yet you can only add 50k to it when filing jointly. Should be double of what is required for single when filing jointly. Seems illegal.

Congress writes the tax code so only Congress can change the tax code.
