I have $187,244 of taxable income - married filing jointly - TurboTax says Federal Taxes due are $85,806. That's more than double what I calculate manually for a married couple filing jointly. My calculation using the 2024 tax tables is about $31,298.

The additional tax is "unreported Social Security and Medicare tax" from your W-2. In box 12, you have reported amounts in box 12a and 12b with codes A & B. This reports the unreported Social Security and Medicare tax. If these aren't the codes that are showing on your actual W-2, you'll need to update your entries to correct your tax liability.
