TurboTax is giving me the following error when I try to transfer my return

601ERRV:5, VAL_6 - 21:S2016ZME - Filer ID must be consistent throughout PER transmission - I was on the phone for 30+ minutes with a rep who just said "double check the SSNs and other personal data" - it's all accurate... I'm still getting this error. Please help, I've paid for a service I'm not able to use.

Update - it seems as if this is a State filing issue. I went back and selected "filing state by mail", tried again, and my federal return was processed....


I'll have to figure out what sort of issues my Maine filing is having...

same error for me for 2020 Maine state return.  i filed my federal return no problem, but the state return will not go through.  tech support was not able to help, nor was the live CPA
