TurboTax is asking for "State Winnings" in box 14 of my W2G. Is that my gross winnings, or is that my net, after all federal and state taxes were taken out? Thanks.

It is gross winnings

State winnings mean gross winnings, which should be equal to Reported winnings in box 1 of form 1099-G.
