TurboTax included Form 2210 with Box E checked. I filed jointly both 2020 and 2021 so box E does not apply to me

I want to delete the form and e-file, but I don't see how.  Do I have to print it out and mail it in order to delete this incorrectly filled form?

Please update your Turbotax software to see if that resolves the issue.

If that does not help, you can try deleting the form. However, the form will generate again if you have input information that is requiring the form.

I have updated the software every time it runs... in fact it gave me no choice but to wait for updates when I ran it.    I clicked the button to delete the form but it is still there.

On the form for "Is line 9 more than line 6?" NO is checked.  It says "NO you don't owe a penalty.  Don't file form 2210 unless Box E below applies".

Box E is checked but it should not be.

Box E says "You filed or are filing a joint return for either 2020 or 2021, but NOT FOR BOTH YEARS. "  

I filed jointly for both years and even many years previous to those.  I can't uncheck the box but box 9 indicates I should NOT file the form.  I also can't delete the form.  What can I do?
