TurboTax Home & Business 2025 won't import a TurboTax Home & Business 2024 return. How do I get this to work?

I have a .tax2024 file created by TurboTax2024 Home & Business. I am unable to import this file into TurboTax2025 Home & Business.

Same problem here. It imports my personal information and personal income/deductions from last year. But all the business information is missing. I used H&B desktop both years.

I called the helpdesk, they offered to refund my purchase, which is not promising at all.

Try opening your 2024 Home & Business program and re-saving your .tax2024 file to your desktop for transfer into your 2025 program.
