Turbotax has prepared 1040 ES payment vouchers for 2019. The amount is not what I want to pay. How do I change the vouchers?

The vouchers are calculated based on your tax situation from 2018, so the amount on them cannot be changed. What most taxpayers do is download new tax vouchers and then fill them out with the amount they want to pay for the quarter (some pay different amounts for different quarters), this gives them the flexibility in entering what they are going to pay. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf
