Turbotax had software problems in 2021 related to transferring 2019 and 2020 tax files. they were going to fix it for windows 10. did anyone have had the same problem?

What issue were you having in transferring the prior year tax data when using the TurboTax desktop editions on a Win 10 PC?

I transferred 2018 to 2019 and 2019 to 2020 and 2020 to 2021 and lastly 2021 to 2022 using the TurboTax Premier desktop edition on a Windows 10 computer with no issues whatsoever.

Note that there is no transfer from 2019 to 2021. Transferring data is only from the immediately preceding year, 2020 to 2021. There cannot have been a problem in 2021 transferring from 2019.
