TurboTax Free. I have a 1099-R and W2. 1099-R # 12 is blank, 13 shows State tax number and 14 is blank. Tube Tax kicks it out. It says leave blank still kicks out??

recheck all the 1099-R entries and leave all boxes 12-17 blank.

if that doesn't work see if you can delete the form and re-enter it.
