Turbotax filed my return but IRS found an error so my refund was adjusted. Is there help for that?

Added adult disabled son as dependent answering all Turbotax questions and getting response that it was valid, but IRS said no and adjusted my refund by $600.

Is your son's age correct in Personal Info > Dependents?

Yep .. he's 35 but has become a double leg amputee so stayed with me since march 2020 due to my being available for care and my proximity to the hospital and his doctors. No income so I provided food and board for him during that time.
