Turbotax filed my federal return electronically but says it can't file my state (Iowa). This is for my business taxes, but there was no income nor expenses, so all zeros.

Turbo Tax says it's done, but it hasn't filed my state return.

I found the answer. You have to go back to "File a Return" in Turbo Tax and select submit by mail. Then it gives you the option to print and mail a state return.
