TurboTax Expert Full assist time scheduled but no one called

Scheduled turbotax expert full assist. Noone called back at the scheduled time. I uploaded all the docs. Tried calling turbo tax and it says 1 hour+ wait.

Why hasn't there been a response to this? My expert's nearly an hour late for my appointment, too. No communication otherwise.

My expert is now 1 hour and 10 minutes late. I haven't heard anything and can't contact anyone. It's late and I need to sleep.

If your TurboTax expert is running late, first, wait about 5 minutes, then the system should give you an option to reschedule. You can also try logging out and back in, clearing your browser cache/cookies, and checking the notification bell for any updates from your expert.

If it’s been more than 15–20 minutes, reach out to TurboTax Support for help, and you can always reschedule your session from the Live Help or Tax Home section.
