TurboTax Desktop Investment Import from E*Trade Morgan Stanley Not seeing all 1099 forms

Hello community:
Regarding TurboTax Desktop Investment Import from E*Trade Morgan Stanley
after import from E*Trade fromMorgan Stanley
I can successfully login to Etrade.. (from Turbo Tax)
But I am not seeing all my 1099 in the list of import
I can login to Etrade a/c (outside TT) and I can see that 1099
(one catch is that .. the specific account is closed in the middle of tax year 2025.. but I had few stock transactions to report and I have 1099 from Etrade for that)
But for some reason Turbo Tax import is not seeing it ..
Greatly appreciate any help here.   Thanks,

x

Helpful TurboTax Articles:

If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding Local Network Access.

To fix this you need to allow TurboTax to securely retrieve your data through your browser settings:

  1. Locate the View Site Information icon (the "tune" or "lock" icon) on the far left of your address bar, just before the URL.
  2. Find Local Network Access in the dropdown menu.
  3. Toggle the switch to ON.
  4. Refresh the page and attempt your import again.

What do I do when my data isn't imported into TurboTax Desktop even though it says successful import...

If permissions aren't the issue, one of the following factors may be at play:

  • Brokerage Delays: While most forms arrive by January 31, many brokerages delay Consolidated 1099s (like the 1099-B) until mid-February due to complex reporting requirements.
  • Availability: Your brokerage must specifically "release" the import file to TurboTax. If it isn’t ready, we recommend checking back.
  • Connection Blocks: Active VPNs or aggressive Anti-Virus software can occasionally block the import feature between your bank and TurboTax. Try disabling them temporarily or switching to a different browser.

Thanks so much for your reply CatinaT1

I think my actual issue is little different ..
let me explain ..
First I login to E*Trade from my browser (no TT) ..
I see two 1099's for two different a/c
A/c 1:  had transactions in 2025 and the a/c is still open and has 1099 for 2025
A/c 2:  had transitions in 2025 but the a.c is closed now in ETrade but has 1099 for 2025.
all good..
------
now I login to Turbo tax desktop
Impot
login to E*Trade from Turbo Tax
login successful
the screen first shows me -- what are the available 1099's.
I am seeing ONLY one that is for a/c: 1
a/c2 : 1099 does not even show up in the list .
from there if I import it imports a/c 1099 successfully.
---
for me it is not an import issue..
but showing up the list itself is incorrect .. not fetching all the available 1099 's
--

hope the problem is clear .. thanks again
