I've googled and have found lots of users having same issue.
I go to import, am able to connect to financial institutions, get a message that it was successful, but then there is no information when I return to the program.
I have tried fixes recommend:
- turned off virus protection
- made sure cookies are not being blocked
- software, both windows and turbotax are up to date
- another solution states to download statements and then upload the pdf into turbotax - I do not see an option to upload a pdf into turbotax (I've seen it in prior years, but it never worked. i don't see the option in the 2025 desktop version)
HELP!!

Even if you find it....don't upload a picture or PDF of your files....The AI that interprets where the $$ go, has had some massive foul-ups.

Yep, my import form Fidelity said it was supposedly Successful, BUT nothing was there the first time I tried.
BUT..I had hit "Block" for a pop-up during the process, that was supposed to allow Intuit access to my devices...sounded shady.
The second time I "Allow"ed it, and the data came in OK.
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I spent another couple hours fiddling with it again today. Waited on hold for 40 minutes with TurboTax, but never go thru.
I am using Microsoft Edge as my primary browser.
I decided to download FireFox after I ran out of ideas. The download worked fine with FireFox.
So, it must be some setting in Edge, but I can't figure out which one.
Now I'm working on "rewinding" all the changes I made to my computer to try to get it to work.
Thanks! I was trying this without any success.
Ended up using a different browser.
