TurboTax Deluxe patch download files being flagged/blocked by IT

Today IT department from work sent me a high importance email stating there's an app installed on the company's laptop trying to download files which are being blocked by Zsacler proxy. TT appears to be working just fine though.

Here's the message the proxy is blocking:

Blocked: Not allowed to upload/download unscannable file formats

downloadpatch.esd.intuit.com/esd/files/ctg/comp/401733461cb91e1ba97fb[phone number removed]e/v1/content/[phone number removed]-[phone number removed].msp

I just opened TT and disabled the auto update but IT is now asking me to remove this non-business app.

Can someone please tell me how this can be passed to the TT team to provide feedback?

I would hate to find another tax software since I don't have a personal laptop/system.

This would be something your job would need to allow access. 

Some companies do not allow outside software on a business computer. You could also install it on a personal computer.
