I've used TurboTax for at least 15 years with no issues. I am working with the download version again. This year when I attempt to print or save to PDF the program immediately shuts down and ALL OF MY DATA IS LOST. I've boarded it twice and spent 90 minutes on the phone with an Intuit representative who was unable to help me.
Please - Can I access the online software without having to pay for it again?

Sorry, you cannot use the online editions based on your payment for the desktop editions. You will have to request a refund for the TurboTax desktop edition.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for requesting a refund - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/intuit-refunds/request-refund-turbotax-p...
Have you tried saving your return before you try to print or try to save a pdf? You need to save it as the tax data file ending in .tax2024. It should save the .tax2024 automatically. Are you on Windows or Mac? Go up to File - Save.
Did you look for the .tax2024 file? It should be in your Documents in a Turbo Tax folder. Or search your computer for all files ending in .tax.
Find your Tax file in Windows

If you don't have the main .tax2024 file you might have one that starts with a Tilde sign ~ like "~your name.tax2024". That file is if your computer crashes or your real file gets lost or deleted or corrupt so you can restore it.
TurboTax shuts down if I try to save to PDF or print. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with telephone support and they were able (screen sharing) to watch me board fictional information just as a test and then try to save to PDF. It immediately shuts down. There is absolutely nothing stored on my iMac and all fields are blank (again and again) in the application.
I have asked for a refund (they guarantee the product) and have not had a response.
Thank you for attempting to help.
