TurboTax Business 2025 Desktop - NC LLC not multistate but wants Special Apportioinment box to be checked

During questions it says I have prior select apportionment, so where?

Thus, it goes to the Part 2 B table

Line 2 'Gross Rents' has a zero in Total Everywhere and a red box for Within NC

I was able to get rid of the zero with hitting <esc> then <crtl>D to Override

But I still get the error on the Info Worksheet Part II with the check box for "Partnership elects Special Appointment showing in red.

Need this fixed.  How can I contact TT Business to request an update to this issue?

LLC was multi-state in 2024 but not 2025.

Also had rental income in other state in 2024 but sold property in 2024 as well

The multistate in 2024 seems to carry over to 2025 by default

Thus, with no income in 2025 for the remaining NC property as it is being rehabbed for sale,

I could not enter 0 for rents, so I entered $1 on the federal return and reduce an expense by $1

Thus $1 appeared in the apportionment table with $1 in NC and $1 everywhere columns

Instead of entering $1 which triggers the forms you can enter $0.25 which tells the system you received rent but not enough to even enter on a tax form.  It will avoid generating unnecessary forms.
