I am having the same issue and have posted about it, but still have not had a fix. I was even on the phone twice with product experts and one stated they would escalate it to the tech team. Hopefully someone will fix this soon.
This issue has been identified recently and is currently being worked on. If you are using the desktop version of the program, you should do your updates periodically by using the Online and Check for Updates menu options until you find the issue resolved. If you are working online with the program, you need to log into your program periodically and you will find the issue resolved in the near future.
