I was going through the wages & income tab and TurboTax autogenerated amounts from a 1099-G myself nor my spouse ever received. I did have medical leave, but that was back in 2022. I never received a 1099-G in the mail or was ever notified of it. How do I verify if this information is correct? I already reported it to my state’s unemployment.

In TurboTax, did the 2024 state return show that you would get a refund? If yes, did you get that state refund?
I double checked my deposits. Yes, I did receive a state refund in the amount stated on the 2025 amount in 2024.
TurboTax pulled that state refund from your 2024 return into your 2025 program. State refunds are reported on Form 1099-G (as well as unemployment and medical leave, and most any state payment)
Some states are not sending out Form 1099-G for state tax refunds and instead post them online.
State refunds received for the prior year return may be taxable on the current year Federal return.
You did your 2024 tax returns in 2025. If you Itemized Deductions on your Federal return, you claimed state tax as a deduction. If some of that tax is then refunded by the state as a refund sent in 2025, you might have to claim some, or all of that state refund, on your 2025 Federal return.
If you took the Standard Deduction on your prior year (2024) Federal return, the 2025 state refund is NOT taxable, the 1099-G is NOT reported.
You can view, enter, or delete the refund in the program under
The program may ask you for information to determine if the refund is taxable.
