Turbotax auto filled information into my tax forms in error.

DO NOT USE TURBOTAX!!! Turbotax refuses to acknowledge or correct their errors. I've asked for my money back and they refuse to even acknowledge the problem. The Better Business Bureau has been notified as turbotax continues to ignore it's internal system issues. The federal government has also been notified. I'm done playing games with them.

The service, or rather lack of service, I've received is ridiculous. I've spent hours on the phone and online with turbotax to no avail. My taxes were incorrectly computed due to a serious error within the turbotax system. I want my money back so I can have another service, like Jackson Hewitt, process my taxes correctly. I will NEVER use turbotax again and have showed everyone I know the errors which cost me my refund.
