TurboTax and Credit Karma accounts

It won’t let me merge my taxes on TurboTax into my Credit Karma account. How do I do this?

It’s telling me that I have another account under userxyz etc. and my email and so when I go to Credit Karma it doesn’t show my turbo tax information and I was wondering how to merge them together

If you have an existing Credit Karma Money account you need to make sure your TurboTax return and your Credit Karma money account information match (for example, primary filer name, date of birth, and Social Security number).

If you need to update any of this information, here's how:

1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
2. To update your user ID, password, email address, or phone number, select Sign in & security.
3. To update your name, date of birth, address, or occupation, select Profile.

No because I don’t have a Credit Karma Money account I just have a Credit Karma account with a different user name and I don’t know how to change that

You'll need to contact Credit Karma and get them to change the information on your account to match your TurboTax account.  Or open a second Credit Karma account to transfer the money between.
