TurboTax AdvantageI payed for my 2018 Turbo tax in November I am first trying to download now and there is no record I have my account number who can I call for help?

This is not helpful where can I call?

Use this TurboTax website to check your orders and payments - https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/commerce/orderstatus/orderstatus.jsp

If your order shows as a CD and download then sign onto your download account using the exact same User ID that was used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

If the software is not in your download account and/or you have not received the CD then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.
