TurboTax 2025 freezes on license page with TurboTax 2025 for MAC

Will not activate on MAC. License comes up and gets checkmark but will not activate

You can try the following steps listed below if you can not activate your Turbo Tax program.

• Ensure that all previous versions are uninstalled to avoid any conflicts
• verify your macOS is updated.
• Try going out and restarting your computer
• If you are using a VPN try disabling it
• Try disabling your firewall
• Enable your "Keyboard Navigation" in System Settings (Accessibility)

Called TurboTax support again and they now say there is a known problem with TurboTax 2025 for MAC and license activation and there is not a fix. They recommended I ask for a refund. Which I did.

Discovered the solution is to set the Display to a minimum of 1024 x 768 for my problem. Anything less than that hides the Activate selection at the bottom of the screen and ther is not. Scroll to be had!! License activation works just fine after that!!

Stumbled across a solution to my TurboTax 2025 for MAC freezing on the license activation screen My solution was to change my display resolution to 1024 x 768. Anything less than that hides the Activate selection at the bottom of the screen and you cannot scroll to view and select it!!
