TurboTax 2024 Business Desktop won't start - Error Message

I just downloaded and installed TT 2024 Business Desktop on my Windows 10 platform.  When I try to start it, I get an Error Message that says that TT must shut down (see attached).  I tried deleting program and getting a new download and reinstalling and I still get the error message.  I have closed Firewalls and added the app to Windows Defender and still no luck.  Any suggestions?
