Turbotax 20 download

My MAC 17 laptop does not have the OS to download product. Current Mac OS is 10.13.6 requirement is 10.14 or later. My MAC 17 cannot support the required 10.14. Is there another download available ?

The 2020 TurboTax download and CD have the exact same requirements.

If you cannot upgrade your computer you can still use the 2020 TurboTax online editions - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

If you completed the 2019 tax return using the TurboTax desktop editions, the 2019 tax data can be transferred to the 2020 TurboTax online tax return.

I requested a refund for the TT 2020 download because of an out dated MAC Pro.

The request was marked "closed". There was no resolution noted, I was not advised of resolution by any other platform. I submitted  request, telcals were directed to resolve "tax refund" issue. Did speak to rep who indicated reseach would be conducted. I intend to use another TT product, however this has been a negative experience.
