The only way to get help with card information is to contact customer care is at (866) 795-7597, don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options or your employer who issued it.

I chose direct deposit, I checked with SBTG or whatever it’s called and they mailed me a check… was I supposed to be notified if there was something wrong?
