Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
I've tried all of these already. Incognito mode, clearing cash and cookies, I've even used four different browsers. I've tried on my phone, on my computer, on my tablet, I even downloaded the app to see if it would work on there. No matter what I do I am stuck in a cycle of clicking start on reviewing my order, getting to the order page, clicking confirm payment, then being sent right back to the page with the start button in it. It will not progress forward and it will not allow me to file my taxes.

I tried that too but they won't help me unless I add their stupid paid service on to my account. That's why I came to the community section because that's the only way I can get any help without being charged for it.
