Turbo Tax won't allow me to efile because my employer's state ID number is 5 digits, but according to Turbo Tax, it must be 6 digits. Same number last year with no issues

Add a zero to the front of the number.  Turbo Tax's diagnostic for KY EIN's are for 6 digits.  However, if you add a leading zero (zero on the front of the number: 012345), then it will pass the diagnostic and KY will accept the number.

It won't accept my employer's EIN from Nevada until February 19th. Why is this? Its frustrating to wait. Thank you, Claire
