The updater hasn't been working for the last 3 days. I have tried to log out of everything and log back in and it's still not kicking off. I would like to install the latest updates so I know the taxes are correct. Please advise. Thank you.

The tag below your question says that you are using TurboTax Online. Also, you said that you logged out and logged in, which indicates that you are using TurboTax Online. In TurboTax Online updates are installed automatically. You don't have to do anything to install updates, and there is nothing that "kicks off." You do not see the updates being installed. When you use TurboTax Online you always have the latest updates.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop, that you downloaded and installed on your own computer, is it on a Windows computer or a Mac?
Are you on Windows or Mac ?
For Windows, If your program says it's up to date or you can't update it then try the Manual Update for Windows
Also try updating Windows OS.

After you downloaded the desktop software, did you install it? Are you running TurboTax by clicking the TurboTax 2025 icon on the Windows desktop or by clicking TurboTax 2025 on the Start menu?
When you run TurboTax, on the menu bar at the top of the TurboTax menu click Online, then click "Check for Updates." A small window opens that says "Checking for software updates." What does it say when it finishes checking? Does it say "Your software is up to date"?
You said "I tried to manually update but it didn't work." When you downloaded the manual update and ran it, what happened? If you got a message, what is the entire message?
In your original question you said "I have tried to log out of everything and log back in." What did you log out of and log in to? You don't log in to TurboTax Desktop. Did you log in through your web browser?
@gwysocki Try temporarily turning off your security software or anti-virus.
