I was a IHSS live-in provider for 1 month last year. So my W2 from IHSS had 0 in Box 1 and most of the other boxes were also 0 except box 14 had a value. I entered all the values from my IHSS W2 in Turbo Tax as is even if they are zeros.
But TurboTax says I can't e-file because: One of the W-2s doesn't have an amount in box 1 or the amount is less than $1.
Please advise.

Just don't include the W-2. The income is excluded if you do have income, so omitting the W-2 is the way for you to file. If you have no other income, you are not required to file.
