Turbo Tax rejected my filing my NC tax return. I have a small balance due

I used Turbo Tax to prepare my 2021 Federal which has a refund and State return (NC) which has a small balance due.

Turbo tax rejected my e-filing of both returns. I completed all of the bank information to allow both the refund and the payment. However, I was able to go back a change the e-file to only Federal which was accepted. Has turbo tax not signed up yet to allow filing for 2021 in NC. This problem did not happen in prior years. 

Would someone give me some advice.

We can't e-file NC until at least 2/24/22.  Only mail-file until then.
