Turbo tax put 15.00 tax credit twice for a total of 30.00, should only be 15.00. but when I go to edit there's no place to make the change. How can I change it to 15.00?

It definitely sounds like a duplicate entry. It sounds like the $15 is an amount reported on either a 1099 DIV or 1099 INT in box7 for the DIV and Box 6 for the INT.

If there are amounts reported in these boxes, did you make an additional entry somewhere. if so, go to the section where the entry was made and remove it.
