Turbo Tax Premier not advancing after Uncommon Tax Situations

I have completed the Income and Deductions sections but every time I try to advance after the Uncommon Tax Situations, I get the spinning icon like it is trying to load.  No matter how long I wait, or if I sign out and back in, I cannot get it to advance.   I'm using the online 2019 Turbo Tax Premier.  Any suggestions on how to get past this?

1)  try logging in using a different browser...

 

2) If using a phone...don't.....just  go to another computer.

 

3) Customer Support would probably commend deleting all your cookies, and temp files..(I hate that and usually refuse to do so myself..unless really desperate) but that's an option:

Thanks, I tried using a different browser and it didn't work, same issue.  Not on a phone, but good tip.   I've contacted Customer Support so I'll see what they have to say.
