Turbo tax online will not let me start over. I have not paid fee or registered product but it won't let me start over. how can I redo my 2024?

If you are unable to clear & start over, then you will have to manually edit your information to redo your 2024 return. You can follow these steps to delete the forms in your return.

Or if it doesn't let you clear and you haven't paid or filed you could just start a new account. Online is only good for 1 return per account. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. Start another Online return here. Sign up and start a new account.
