If you purchased desktop software from a retailer, then why are you posting from online Deluxe? Did you accidentally go online instead of installing and using the software you purchased? With desktop software there is no "logging in" to an account. You open up the program and click New Tax Return and start working. What did you do? You should call customer support to help you sort this out.
