Turbo tax is trying to charge us again for the software that we purchased from the store. We also decided to paper file state but it will not give us this option. HELP!!!

If you purchased desktop software from a retailer, then why are you posting from online Deluxe?  Did you accidentally go online instead of installing and using the software you purchased?  With desktop software there is no "logging in" to an account.  You open up the program and click New Tax Return and start working.  What did you do?  You should call customer support to help you sort this out.
