Turbo Tax is telling to "select Check for Updates from the online menu to connect to our website". I dont know where the online menu is!

Please provide more information about which credit you are reporting on your tax return. Since the filing season has just started, quite a few forms are not yet ready for e-filing. Use this link to check for forms availability.

Thank you. The problem was actually Windows related. I was able to log in to TT on my tablet and get through the error.
