Turbo Tax: Free File Tax eFiling

Hi

I've completed my tax return via turbotax free file system.

I'm trying to submit my tax return however I get an error message that says the following:

"We could not e-file your return for the following reason:

The Intuit Electronic Filing System is having difficulty recognizing the data in the return you are sending. To ensure you have the latest version of TurboTax, wait 24 hours to update your program automatically. If you still can't transmit your return, go to turbo tax support for a solution or workaround. In some cases, you may need to file your return by mail. - 601ERRV:2, CustHdr_17 - ?:? - Invalid SMS Number. Must be between 10 and 10 digits."

I am submitting via the internet web browser, so I could imagine its the latest version of Turbo tax. I'm unable to submit via mail because I'm not in the country at the present moment, therefore, I have to submit online.

May you please help me resolve this because the filing deadline is today?
Thanks.

The online link is your best option to track your refund.  I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.

Federal refund questions

There is a delay in processing the returns at the IRS due to Covid-19 and social distancing policies in effect.

Change your phone number to a US number in the Intuit Account of Turbo Tax.  No need to verify this number in the Intuit Account just click exit when your are done. Then go back to you return an continue filing.

Solution: Intuit Account -> Sign In & Security -> Phone (change & save no need to verify) -> back to e-file and retry.

Thanks for your response. I am utilizing online option via Turbo Tax Free File.

I am unable to file the return online as referred in my previous post. Is there a way to fix the error I receive on Turbo Tax?
