Turbo Tax doesn not allow me complete my 2019 filling

Hello,

It’s been several weeks I have not been able to submit my taxes because TurboTax says it is waiting on some forms to be released to complete my filling.

On April 1st, my credit card was debited/charged for filling fees.

I don’t think this is ethical to take filling fees from my account but you cannot provide me documents to complete my tax filling. So in essence i have paid for a service that has not been / or cannot be rendered.

I have tried to contact you online but got a rep in video conference who had no idea on what I am experiencing and spent over a hour messing about remotely with my PC.

Need to get my money back till you can provide me forms to finish filling or better yet provide me a date when I can expect to complete my filling. Thank you.

PS: been using Turbo Tax for over a decade now and this i steh first will experience this shoddy service.
