Turbo tax did not pay my taxes on the 18th like it was suppose to

TurboTax does not pay any type of taxes for you.  If you selected direct debit from your bank account, that information was sent with your tax return.  The IRS or your State debits your account.  When they actually debit the account is up to each tax authority.
