Did you enter them? In order for them to be included in your calculations, you would need to enter the estimated payments you made throughout the year. The program has no way to know if you made the payments or not unless you enter the payments.

it asked me in the beginning if i did, i entered it, but i do not think it filled it in.
Federal estimated payments should be on 1040 line 26. If you did not enter them the IRS caught it and added them in for you. Did you have a tax due or refund on your return? Did you make any state estimated payments. If you didn’t enter state expect the same thing for state.
Look at line 26 of your form 1040. This is where you will see any estimated payments that you would have entered.
