When I was filing taxes, it said that I needed to purchase Turbo Tax Deluxe in order to efile my taxes. However, after filing, I did not end up needing the Deluxe edition to get the efile because of my edits. I was still charged for the 110.00 dollars even though I canceled the Deluxe order. How can I get a refund for this money?

You must have misunderstood some things. You did not have to use Deluxe in order to e-file. You can e-file using any version of TurboTax including the Free Edition. But the data supported by Free Edition is very limited. If your return requires the use of any of the possible three extra schedules that can be part of your tax return, you cannot use the Free Edition. We do not know what you mean when you say "because of my edits."
And it is not clear what you think you did to cancel your order for Deluxe. We cannot resolve billing issued in the user forum, so you will have to talk to customer support. Use the word "billing" -- not "refund."
