Turbo Tax Deluxe 2023

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for years and always buy the CD version to have.  Turbo Tax Deluxe 2023 loads on my computer but it will not open, does not ask me for license code. I do have a Intuit Account and can find no help for this.  Looks like I will be returning this and getting a refund and using a different program this year. I can't believe they don't have support that can help, but I have tried.

There is the option to simply download the program instead of using the CD ... read the packaging  ... try that option before you return the defective disk.
