Turbo Tax Deluxe 2022 Computer Hangs Up Trying to Print Return

I have finished preparing my taxes.  When I select the option to print the "required" forms, the print function works great.  But when I try to print or save to PDF the entire return (both state and federal), the print function "hangs" and I have to "force quit" Turbo Tax 2022.

I followed the recommended steps, but this does not correct my problem.  I really need to print my final return!

You should save/download  the PDF to your hard drive   then use the PDF printer function/tool  to print the pages you want ... do not do it thru the view PDF function.

Did not help. More info. If I print (or save to pdf) just the federal return I have success. But I can print (or save to pdf) Michigan return.

how about when it won;t even produce the documents to save - just states preparing documents for hours

Are you using TurboTax Online or the CD/Download software? Also, if you can provide any additional details about the issue you're experiencing, it will help us assist you.
