Turbo tax debit card

My temporary card number does not work anywhere. I've called the customer service number and there is absolutely no option for a live person. I'm starting to feel like this is fraud and turbo tax stole my money. I have filed a complaint with BBB. I cannot get anyone from turbotax to help me.
