Turbo Tax Charges

I have 3 questions:  I filed my taxes using Turbo Tax. I was shown one figure that I would be charged before I hit submit but I was charged a different amount that was more. Why was that?

2) I did not receive all 3 Stimus payments and I think I noted this on my taxes but I was not credited for it.

3) Turbo Tax told me that I was getting a refund of $1918 when I filed. I actually got a refund less than that. Then when i checked Turbo Tax afterward, it actually shows a refund of more than initially shown.

Please advise

Turbo Tax Charges

Hello @Bearlybald !

Please call our TurboTax line 1-800-4-INTUIT to speak to an Expert, who can screen share and look up your account to answer your questions about how much you were charged and what was on your return regarding the stimulus payments. I do not have access to your account here.

The amount of refund you received from the IRS is subject to the return you filed being re-calculated by the IRS based on your information on file with them. If your refund is less than expected, please visit the IRS website and request for your transcript which will show you any re-working the IRS did on your account. We recommend you request an online transcript as opposed to a mail transcript because the online one is faster.

Here is a link to their site: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

We look forward to receiving your call to help you even further.

Thank you!
