Turbo tax asks for a 1095-A. I received a 1095-C. How do I answer the yes or no question of "did you receive a 1095-A"?

Since you did NOT receive a Form 1095-A you would answer NO to the question.

The answer is NO.   If you did not receive a 1095A then say NO.    You do not have to enter anything about a 1095C.

In the medical section of the deductions and credits you’ll see a man area for 1095A. Answer No to the question “Did you receive a 1095A” then continue to save your changes . The question is also asked in the interview.
